Mike began his ministry at Woodland Heights in March 2020.   Mike encourages and equips believers to actively grow as disciples that love to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.  For 29 years, Mike, and his wife Sally, have served churches in Texas, Missouri, Kansas, Florida and New Hampshire. His background includes production management, and as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army.  Mike holds a Doctorate from Beeson Divinity School at Samford University.  He also holds a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. Mike and Sally have four children and four grandchildren.

Kenady began her ministry at Woodland Heights in May 2022. Kenady has a love for worship and seeing all generations join together through music to glorify God. Kenady has been leading worship for 5 years and has lived in Grapevine, TX for over 20 years. She loves this community and longs to reach it for the Gospel whether through outreach events, music, or bible study. Kenady has a wonderful husband, Cody, that serves alongside her by being a faithful praise team and choir member. Kenady graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in Music Business with an emphasis in Songwriting and Masters of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship.

Patti has been with Woodland Heights since 1998.   Her primary role in the office is to assist the pastor and other ministers but she also ministers in an incredibly important way to our members.  She and her husband have three children and 7 grandchildren.  Her goal in life is to make sure that her grandchildren know and have a relationship with Jesus.
